在酒店工作一段时间中，学到了很多知识，酒店的营业状态也是一直表现良好态势。非常感激公司给予了我这样的机会在良好的环境工作和学习。虽然在酒店里基础的业务知识及专业知识已经基本掌握，但俗话说“学无止境”，有很多方面还是需不断学习。提出辞职我想了很久。酒店的环境对于服务员很照顾很保护。鉴于我的个性要在酒店自我提升及成长为独挡一面的能手，处于保护的环境下可能很难。我自己也意识到了自己个性倾于内向，其实，这不管是对于酒店培育人才或是我自身完善都是突破的难点。虽然我的观念是：人需要不断的发展、进步、完善。我也一直在努力改变，变得适应环境，以便更好的发挥自己的作用。但是我觉得自己一直没什么突破，考虑了很久，确定了需要变换环境来磨砺。

In fact, this is a breakthrough difficulty for the hotel to cultivate talents or improve myself. Although my idea is: people need continuous development, progress and improvement. I have also been trying to change and adapt to the environment so as to play a better role. But I don't think I've made any breakthrough. I've considered for a long time and determined that I need to change the environment to hone.

酒店近期人员变动较大，因此交接工作可能需要一个时期。我希望在x月x日左右完成工作交接。这个时间也许比较紧，如果实施上有太多困难，我同意适当延迟一段时间。但是我还是希望经理理解。
